As a former private chef, lover of food, and recently-diagnosed Celiac, I did not know where to go to get good tasting, Gluten Free (GF) foods. The trial and error period was disappointing and expensive. So I created Sandrini Foods. We have no allegiance to any supplier, this gives us the objectivity to select foods which meet our stringent quality requirements. What's more, we have a panel of experts from the food and restaurant industry who evaluate a wide variety of GF foods using quality measures that include taste, texture, consistency and shelf life.
